The name 'KRUCIALIZE' combines 'crucial' with the suffix 'ize', embodying the meaning "to make crucial." The newly unveiled slogan, "Join the KREW," reflects KRUCIALIZE's ambition to lead in creating diverse creative experiences and culture alongside the KREW gathered through its music.

SM has previously expanded its musical domains with labels such as SM Classics for classical reinterpretations and ScreaM Records for dance music, reimagining tracks by SM artists across various genres. The global fanbase is highly anticipating the contemporary R&B music that KRUCIALIZE will introduce under SM's banner.

KRUCIALIZE officially opened its website and social media accounts on the 1st of this month, marking its debut with the release of an 11-minute label film titled 'Arrival (Journey)' on the YouTube SMTOWN channel.

Additionally, a visual popup event for KRUCIALIZE is currently being held at Under Stand Avenue in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, until the 19th. The event features a large-scale photo zone and various interactive activities, drawing enthusiastic responses from listeners.

Meanwhile, KRUCIALIZE is expected to introduce new artists this year, further heightening anticipation for what the label will showcase next.
